Thankful

Despite my posts that display anxiety and frustration, I am thankful for what I have. I know that my situation could be MUCH worse. I have been reading blogs that describe a life of uncontrollable seizures. That is not me. But, we all have different outlets. This is mine. I am trying to adjust the best way I can without totally losing my mind.

I have a list of folks who have been so helpful. They know who they are. And, I will be forever grateful.

  1. Ok, wow. Just got all caught up on my reading and what a month you've been having. Although I don't know exactly what you're going through, I feel for you, especially when it comes to your struggles with lack of free time and independence. Another thought--you should START a foundation for parents with special needs--a support/awareness group because surely there are people out there dealing with the same issues. You have crazy awesome networking skills! You'd be perfect!
I hope your good days far outweigh the bad. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

  2. Thanks, Toni! I have my list of things going now that I want to do when I retire. Because, as I see it, I won't time for ANYTHING until then. :) Maybe it will be easier when Dominic turns 5...or learns to wipe his own rear.
